Okay...so looks like the Fit will be named something X-Wing related...  on my short list thus far are Kettch, Red 2, Sticks (or Goddess, or Great One), and Rebel (thanks ewanspotter).  And yes, I've already ordered a dangly X-Wing on a suction cup and a Rebel Alliance decal.  I'm OCD & right now it's my car.  Just go with it :)

I took control today.

My God the weather was brilliant for Beach to Bay this year!  It was actually cool (in May!  in Corpus!), and though it threatened rain it never actually delivered :)  I, of course, failed to put sunscreen on my face since it was so cloudy, and now have a sunburn.  Our team did a bit slower this year than last, but we had a couple injuries so I ( Read more... )

My God, I've discovered the Twilight Zone, and it is my workplace.

NO ONE in my department has seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  Worse, several people had never heard of MONTY PYTHON!

Also, how amused am I at John McCain?  Pretty amused, I'll admit.

First, may I just say that my fondest wish at the moment is to see Jim lose his temper?  I mean, the dude deserves it.  He's cool, calm, and more-or-less collected through just about everything and he really deserves to be pissed off once.   We've seen fuck-up Jim, we've seen angsty Jim...I wanna see pissed off Jim!
